Extended Warranty - HELP
All new Hitachi equipment has our comprehensive manufacturer's warranty. These days however, equipment owners feel that they need more protection because of severe job conditions, and/or to minimize unpredictable repair costs. To meet demands, Hitachi offers a unique extended warranty program - Hitachi Extended Life Program(HELP).
Introduction
Under the HELP program, the following benefits and services are available:
Full Coverage Warranty
Full coverage warranty is same as standard warranty in all respects except has more hours of use as expiry than standard warranty.
Power Train Warranty
This program extends the warranty term for the following components:
- Hydraulic cylinders (breakage only, excludes scoring & oil leakage)
- Main pumps
- Swing bearing
- Travel motors
- Swing motors
- Pump transmissions
- Swing devices
- Travel devices
- Main control valves (breakage only, exclude scoring & oil leakage)
- Center joints (breakage only, exclude scoring & oil leakage)
Note: Warranty conditions vary according to equipment.
