Technical Training Center in Japan
To provide the best service to our customers, Hitachi established the Technical Training Center (TTC) in Japan. TTC is the Headquarters of Hitachi worldwide technical training. At TCC we plan worldwide training courses, train dealer service and training personnel, and provide the latest training materials.

Service Training Place
In December 2001 Hitachi started building a new facility in the harbor of Amsterdam. The site consists of a new factory and a training and demonstration center (TDC).
With a total area of 3000 m2, the new service center of Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) N.V. (HCME) offers a complete package of functionalities. It is the place where all technical, sales and management training take place. Dedicated areas of the building are equipped specially for these purposes. It is also the place where dealers and their clients or staff can be welcomed for product presentations and it is the location where all of HCME's dealer meetings will be held from now on. While being a guest at the TDC, one can at the same time visit the medium excavator factory on the same grounds. Part of the TDC building is reserved for offices.
