Excavator/Wheel Loader Sales Training - Well Informed Dealers

On August 10-11, 2009, Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) N.V., Middle East Center hosted an Excavator and Wheel Loader Sales Training Conference. The twenty-one attendees consisted of representatives from Hitachi dealers Kanoo/UAE, Kanoo/Saudi Arabia, Marubeni/Saudi Arabia, Al Fairuz/Oman, Touranto/Iran, and four MEC trainees from Dubai. The two-day seminar marked another MEC training success.

MEC Branch Manager, Mr. Aychan Akalin, and MEC Product Support Manager from the Istanbul office, Mr. Mehmet Kucukoglu were the selected trainers to share their knowledge and expertise. Mr. Akalin and Mr. Kucukoglu thoroughly covered the basic sales topics for excavators and wheel loaders that included - machine selection criteria, terminology, outstanding sales points, and competitor comparisons for excavators and wheel loaders.

MEC General Manager, Mutsumi Kitai and his staff once again fulfilled their promise and reputation to keep open lines of communication with all dealers providing the best training available. Mr. Kitai stated in a previous Hitachi article, “Our dealers are the ‘teachers’ in each country. They are standing next to the customer."

The positive response from attendees was much appreciated. “We were satisfied to gain this knowledge. Knowing all the sales points, helps support our customer relations," stated several representatives. Congratulations, MEC for another fine job keeping Hitachi dealers updated and well informed!
