Inquisitive Minds Want to Know - Caring and Sharing About the Future
Fifty lucky 5th and 6th graders were MEC’s special guests for a fun day of education and enjoying the coolest rides ever!
Dubai’s Japanese school students had the opportunity to ride gigantic construction equipment and learn how Hitachi is making the future of all children a safer and happier place.

The young inquisitive minds paid close attention as they were informed about demining, the restoration of peaceful/productive land. The children empathized with the plight of other children their age. Making this world a safer, happier place by removing dangerous landmines was a concern to these young people. In addition, the students were engrossed in learning how Hi-OSS, Hitachi On-site Screening and Solutions, is playing a major role in processing and recycling on-site waste. With global warming a hot topic in schools worldwide, the classmates were glad to hear Hi-OSS is also dramatically reducing carbon dioxide emissions.

Filled with questions and comments, this rising generation of caring, intelligent youths, revealed a true interest in global and social awareness.
