Hitachi Construction Machinery Middle East

On March 19-20, 2012, Hitachi Construction Machinery Middle East Corporation FZE conducted their HICAL2 System Standardization Conference at the Al Fairuz Training Centre located at the new Al Fairuz headquarters in Oman. Attendees included Hitachi dealer representatives from Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Bahrain, Ethiopia, Egypt, Oman, and UAE.

HICAL2, the Hitachi Computer Assisted Learning System - 2nd version, is an online training program for technicians and instructors. This instructional tool assists in managing courses and classes for advanced learning. The HICAL2 System Standardization Conference gave Hitachi Construction Machinery Middle East Corporation global technicians a guided tour through the system with a hands-on practical.

Hitachi Construction Machinery Middle East Corporation Product Support - Excavator Department Manager, Mr. Ramzi Tumallah was the principle instructor and led the conference. Hitachi Construction Machinery Middle East Corporation colleagues, Mr. Murat Senan, Technical Engineer, Turkey branch office, and Dubai headquarters Product Support and Spare Parts General Manager, Mr. Hideki Shimada were available to assist and coordinate the event.
