They are standing next to the customer,” says Mr. Kitai about the dealerships he so closely values. Mr. Kitai is dedicated in approaching excellence from every possible direction. “I consider the most important aspect of my role is to maintain and further develop dealer relations. Two-way communication is considered the top measure to resolve or find any solution.”
Kitai believes the more IT-communication tools become convenient, face-to-face talk becomes most important for resolving tough issue. “For this reason, MEC will organize as much opportunity as possible to have direct communication with each dealer.”
