Omar K. Alesayi & Co. Ltd., Saudi Arabia - Supplied ZX200-3, Medium Excavators to Sa’ad Al Saedi Company for the extension work of the Holy Mosque of Makkah. The project was completed late last year. Saudi government banned the use of explosives for restructuring the holy site. ZX200-3 performed all the needed modifications breaking up and excavating the historic grounds. ZX200-3 proved breaking versus blasting a success. The Holy Mosque was built in the 7th century and major expansions have continued over the last several decades. The nearly 100-acre site is the most honored place of worship for Muslims and attracts millions of worshippers throughout the year.

It is well known the Holy Mosque expansions always involve the world’s best engineers and craftsmen. ZX200-3 was the right machine for Sa’ad Al Saedi Company to get this job done.
ZX200-3 can break and excavate the rockiest terrain, and was the obvious choice to perform the restructuring. The Hydraulic Boosting System is a primary sales point for ZX200-3. In arm roll-in and boom raise operation, excess pressurized oil goes from the boom cylinder rod side to arm cylinder bottom side, thus increasing flow rate. This results in a 20% higher arm roll-in speed.
The regenerative valve design makes this possible giving ZX200-3 the needed increased flow rate for productive operation. We were confident ZX200-3 could do the needed work for Sa’ad Al Saedi Company at this sacred landmark.
