Securing product quality and safety by recall

Even though our group designs and manufactures products with the greatest possible care to ensure product quality and safety, some failures caused by design or manufacturing may appear after sales. In the case that such failure does or may violate the Road trucking Vehicle Law, our group will recall the relevant vehicles, reports the recall to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and repairs the vehicles free of charge in compliance with the Vehicle Defect Information Rule. Our group endeavored to maintain quality and safety of products by reporting eight occasions of recalls in fiscal 2008. We show the numbers of times of recall reports in the last five years in the chart on the right for your reference.
