Acquisition of quality management system ISO9001 certification
Our group thinks that a quality management system is vital to provide products that satisfy customers. The main plants, Tsuchiura Works and Kasumigaura Works, acquired ISO9001 certification in 1995, and started using a quality management system. Since then, we have recommended quality management systems mainly to factories, including those outside Japan, in order to raise the level of quality assurance of the entire group. In recent years, sales and service offices have also been implementing quality management systems. We show the current situation of ISO9001 certification acquisition in the following table.
