Promoting communication in our group with in-house magazines
Sharing information, such as the management policies of the executives among 16,000 employees all over the world is becoming increasingly important for our group, when more than seventy percent of sales are generated outside Japan.
Considering the circumstances stated above, in fiscal 2008 we made efforts to promote communication in our group using in-house magazines and "in-house magazine WEB Landy" on the intranet. We reported the management policies of the executives three times in the in-house magazines and seven times on the intranet. The WEB Landy was revised so that we present matters such as management information in a box to stand out for visual impact, and new information such as information about activities contributing to society as a "What's new!" section in the center for easy access. Important information, such as the management policies of the executives and business results, is simultaneously sent by e-mail so that the employees can have the information.
We will continue to provide important information such as the management policies of the executives, various information concerning our group, and information about the activities that contribute to society, using in-house magazines in a timely manner.
In addition, we create many of the articles in the CSR activity news by revising articles in the WEB Landy for general readers.

Our in-house magazine issued in April 2009
