Reading "Kenkijin Spirit" in chorus at morning assemblies
In fiscal 2008, our group started activities to ensure that the "Kenkijin spirit" spreads and takes root in the minds of the employees. These activities are being performed at each worksite, centered on the "Kenkijin spirit" leaders. They put up the posters of "Kenkijin Spirit" and read the "Kenkijin Spirit" booklet aloud together at the morning assemblies.
They will endeavor to raise the satisfaction of individual customers by ensuring that employees have the same sense of values through practical activities like those stated above.
