Creating corporate code of conduct, and starting training
Hexindo, a listed company in Indonesia, has various internal regulations for proper corporate governance. In fiscal 2008, they created a corporate code of conduct to clarify the code. They distributed a booklet of the code of conduct written in Indonesian and English to all of their employees to raise their awareness about the code.

Booklet of the corporate code of conduct
Additionally, they began to teach the corporate code of conduct to their employees to ensure that their employees understand the code thoroughly. They already held training for managers, worksite group leaders, sales staff and other groups at the Balikpapan branch and the Padang branch. They also presented the corporate code of conduct at the Bandung branch during components training. A total of 75 employees, about 25 employees at one time, have attended the training sessions.

Training
They will continue to make efforts to enable all of their employees to do work while taking into consideration corporate social responsibility by offering training sessions on the corporate code of conduct and by raising their awareness of the code.
