Acquisition of quality management system ISO9001 : 2008

Hexindo (our group company in Indonesia) has been endeavoring to establish a QMS in order to strengthen their quality management base and to raise both their corporate image and the level of corporate governance, taking into consideration requests from customers. As a result, they acquired ISO9001: 2008 in January 2009. To date, the scope of certification is the head office, the Jakarta branch and the Balikpapan Mining Product Support Center. They will make efforts so that other branches acquire the certification and strive to further improve its quality management systems.
