Employee satisfaction
Our group is supporting career development under our Corporate Training Promotion Committee through a diverse training program and close communications with managers. We have been introducing various measures to support a balance between work and home, along with other diverse measures to raise employee satisfaction.
Employment
Our group endeavors to expand employment opportunities by increasing employment opportunities for impaired people, by introducing a senior employee system and by employing foreigners.
Occupational safety and health
Our group is making efforts to prevent accidents at work by gathering information of work-related accidents that occurred at our group companies and other information through our Occupational Safety and Health Promotion Committee. Our group is also supporting employee health by promoting health checks and by implementing mental health care measures.
