Customer satisfaction
Various systems to respond to customers' demands
Customers' demands gathered during sales and services and through websites are shared throughout our group by using a sales progress management system (Project Plus), a Kenki Information Sharing System (KISS), and an inquiry management system. We also share operation information of products obtained from Global e-Service. This information is used for customer service and solutions offered by our group as a whole.
We will develop a system to facilitate the use of the enormous amount of information gained every day from all over the world by visualization, to use the information promptly and appropriately for development, design, production, quality assurance, sales and services. We are aiming to use the system to satisfy customers further by speeding up improvement in products and services and new product development.
