Global e-Service Administrators Meeting 2010
The Global e-Service Administrators Conference was held at Hitachi Construction Machinery Europe(HCME) headquarters in Amsterdam in the Netherlands on December 2010. HCME holds an administrators conference with affiliated distributors every year. This was the fourth conference to be held. These conferences provide important opportunities for distributors, HCME, and HCM to develop common ground.
At the conference, HCME explained changes made to Global e-Service this year as well as future plans.The conference also offers an opportunity for distributors to raise comments and requests and share information among the agencies. During the conference, all the administrators of the distributors listened attentively to the speakers and actively exchanged opinions.
In the second half of the conference, training was conducted for administrators in which videos were used to explain relevant software applications. Administrators also took part in simulation training to practice how to instruct their own users after they return to their shops. This training makes it possible for administrators to picture themselves instructing their users as well as to give administrators confidence to explain topics to users after they had cleared their own questions in advance at this conference It was a very fruitful conference for both HCME and distributors.
