Supporting Korean junior tennis players
One of the aims of Tsuchiura Tennis Association is "Supporting children's dreams and the future". So they invited promising junior tennis players in Asia to Tsuchiura to develop their ability as part of their aim. They invited eight competent junior tennis players from Korea and gave them training for about one week from July 11 to 18 this year. The tennis players received special training and had friendly matches with schools in the area. At that time we offered the use of Kasumigaura Institute as accommodation responding to a request by them.

One of their member who coached the players and resident of Tsuchiura, Mr. Shin, sent us the following message. "I could motivate the players during the training camp that was very effective. I am satisfied with the result. I appreciate your cooperation." The support surely enhanced international exchanges of Tsuchiura.
