Thorough compliance with export control during overseas business trips

Concerning export control related to overseas business trips, formerly there was no standard check sheet. Employees on trips made their self check, which meant that the control differed according to the employee. We prepared an export control check flow for overseas business trips to clarify the points to check, and an overseas business trip check sheet in accordance with the check flow. We held meetings to provide explanations concerning export control related to overseas business trips for export control managers in each section to ensure that employees in each section thoroughly comply with export control during their overseas business trips.

Export control using a new overseas business trip check sheet started on March 1, 2009. From now on, we will conduct export control related to overseas business trips by using the check sheet.
